Documents found here are periodically generated through automated business processes, digitization of paper records, and an ongoing effort to reorganize and publicize our traditional internal file stores.
Basic searches by term or topic:
Use the search box at the top of the Laserfiche Public Portal homepage.
Advanced searches:
Click on the Advanced link next to the search box at the top of the Public Access Folder page. Then in the sidebar click on the Customize Search field and choose Template to locate a certain category of documents with custom indexes assigned to them. In the case of City Contracts, choose the Contracts template which will allow for search filters such as: Contract Begin/End Date ranges, Vendor Name, City Department Name, etc.
