  1. Frederick E. Livingstone, Trustee and Winn Chestnut Realty Trust seeking a special permit to extend pre-existing nonconforming dwelling by addition of garage with living space above at 6 Winn Court. 

  2. Madison Holdings LLC, 369 Washington St. to modify a variance issued Dec. 20, 2016, by approving a modified site plan showing the location of a pylon sign currently 26.2 feet from Washington Street to approximately 37.5 feet, more or less, from Washington Street.

  3.  Briana Dougherty, 1 Elaine Road, for a variance to reduce a front yard setback from 25 feet to 0 feet to allow for the installation of a 6-foot fence at 1 Elaine Road.
