  3. Communications from His Honor the Mayor:
    1. Order authorizing Mayor to enter into a Utility Easement Agreement with David J. Buttaro and Dianne L. Buttaro of 4 Buttaro Road.
    2. Order authorizing the Mayor to accept from Josephine Carchia, for open space purposes, a parcel of land between Summit and Alpine Avenues (paper streets).
