5. Public Hearings:

A. Declaration by President Anderson pursuant to Chapter 53 of the Acts of 2020, Section 17(b)(v) and the Order of the City Council entered March 24, 2020 continuing certain public hearings to be rescheduled to a date to be determined.

B. Lawless Inc. for a special permit to allow: 1. Automobile and truck repair garage, 2. Sale and rental of automobiles, trucks, truck trailers and motorcycles, 3.
