    1.  PUBLIC HEARING (CONTINUED): 88-92 PEARL STREET DEFINITIVE SUBDIVISION PLAN (ALAN R. GERRISH DRIVE, FORMERLY KNOWN AS DOUGLAS CIRCLE) / Cattle Crossing LLC
    2. CONCURRENT PUBLIC HEARINGS: (a) To amend the Zoning Map of the City of Woburn by changing the zoning district for three parcels of land known as 0 Hill Street (54-05-04); 0 Hill Street (54-05-01); and 1 Washington Avenue (62-01-29), Woburn, Massachusetts from I-G/B-I to Technology and Business Mixed Use Overlay District (TBOD) AND (b) To amend the 1985 Woburn Zoning Ordinances (WZO) by adding Hospital, Extended Care Facility to the list of uses allowed by special permit with site plan review in a TBOD / Montvale Land LLC
    3. PUBLIC HEARING: MODIFICATION TO SPECIAL PERMIT (FLOOR) PLAN OF RECORD / Lord Hobo Brewery
    4. PUBLIC HEARING: 285 LOCUST STREET DEFINITIVE SUBDIVISION PLAN / 285 Locust LLC
  4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: May 22, 2018 meeting
  5. PLANNING BOARD DIRECTOR UPDATE: (a) Meeting schedule and agenda items for next Board workshop/meeting on June 26, 2018; (b) Time-sensitive matters, if any, such as invitations to conferences/workshops; (c) If required, general information on other topics such as implementation of the affordable housing production plan and master plan, updates on potential zoning ordinance and subdivision rules and regulations amendments to be discussed at future meeting(s).
