Terry Currier, certified health and well-being coach, will be offering a free series on Tapping. Tapping is a pressure-point methodology to treat emotional and physical stressors. This 4-week series will cover topics such as eliminating food cravings, managing emotional eating, reducing stress, and decreasing pain.
Sandra Bernat, Certified Group Exercise and Personal Trainer, will be starting a Men’s Strength & Stretch class on Tuesdays at 1 pm. This dynamic class will work all major muscle groups to develop stronger bones and improve mobility. This class will be $6 and paid directly to the instructor.
