The Fiscal Year 2021 Second Quarter (Quarter 2) Real Estate and Personal Property Tax bills have been issued. These bills are available for online payment via the City of Woburn website woburnma.gov .
Both tax bills will be DUE ON NOVEMBER 2nd, 2020.
All payments must be received by our office or transacted on our City of Woburn online billing system no later than November 2nd, 2020. Postmarks are not accepted.

Please be advised that due to the recent Coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic, Woburn City Hall is currently open. All visitors to City Hall are required to wear a proper face covering mask/shield before entering the building and will be required to provide their name and telephone number in all offices that will be visited as part of contact tracing procedures that have been implemented due to COVID-19 coronavirus.

There is a document/mail/bill “drop box” located at the rear of City Hall.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not drop cash payments or overdue bills in the drop box. These payments will be returned with interest and fees until paid. For all overdue bills, please contact the Treasurer/Collector’s office at 781-897-5870 for the most updated amount for any overdue bills which can then be accepted in the form of check payment via subsequent mail or drop box.

For all Tax and Water/Sewer Utility bills, please note the due date. All payments must be received by our office no later than the due/ pay by date on the bill or applicable penalties and interest may be applied.
Partial payments on Motor Vehicle Excise (MVE) are not accepted.

Due to the Coronavirus infection spread potential, we highly encourage all Treasurer/Collector’s office business to be transacted by one of the options listed above. If it is determined that the above options cannot resolve your matter, please contact our office directly and we can set an appointment for you to meet with a representative of the Treasurer/Collector’s office.
