Declarations of the Chair:
In accordance with Chapter 53 of the Acts of 2020, and as a result of the outbreak of the 2019 novel coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, and the governor’s March 10, 2020 declaration of a state of emergency, I, Duane P. Cleak, Chairman of the Woburn Conservation Commission, make the following declarations:
i) I declare all the following items scheduled to be heard or acted upon shall be rescheduled to the next Conservation Commission meeting anticipated to be held on July 16, 2020. Information wished to be considered by the Applicant at the meeting must be duly submitted no later than 14 days prior to the meeting date.

Written notice of the date of the public meeting during which deliberation shall take place shall be provided to the applicant at the applicant’s address and to the general public by posting electronically on the website of the City Clerk.
