“Senior Issues” Breakfast Lecture Series – Wednesdays

The weekly Wednesday “Senior Issues Breakfast/Lecture series” group meets in the main dining hall at the Woburn Senior Center, 144 School Street. For those wishing to arrive early, a breakfast buffet for presentation participants will be offered at 9:45am for $2 per person.  Family members are welcome to attend and lots of great topics will be of interest to caregivers.  Breakfast will include scrambled eggs, sausage, applesauce, raisin toast, hash browns, juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.  The “Senior Issues Breakfast/Lecture series” meets every Wednesday with breakfast at 9:45am followed by a presentation at 10:30am.  Upcoming 10:30am presentations include:

February 5th – “Home Care Jeopardy Game”

February 12th – “Making your table delectable for one or two – Valentine’s Day”

February 19th – “SHINE: Serving Health Insurance Needs of Everyone”

February 26th – “America in Crisis – Breaking the Cycle of Addiction”

March 4th – “2020 – What you need to know about the Census”

March 11th – “Changes to the Nutrition Facts Labels on Food Packages”

March 18th – “CPR”

March 25th – “Journey to India Dance Concert”
