Clutter Reduction Support Group led by Judy Tanner

This 20 week series will meet Tuesdays from 1:30pm to 3pm beginning Tuesday, October 1st

Space is limited and registration will end when the group fills to capacity.

This group is an action oriented self-help support group.  The workshop will consist of 16 sessions spread over approximately twenty weeks.  Activities include discussion of each chapter of the “Buried in Treasures” publication which will be supplied to participants at no cost.

Exercises from the book dealing with acquisition, discarding and disorganization will be part of each group including homework between sessions.  Each group participant will be asked to work with a trusted support person of their choosing and this will be an important aspect of the series.

The program meets at the Woburn Senior Center and will be geared toward those age 60+.

The three main objectives of the program include:

  • Non-Acquiring
  • Sorting
  • Discarding

Please note: Group leaders will not be visiting your home.  Each participant goes at their own pace and no judgments are made during this self-help support group.

Pre-Registration is required and space is very limited.

Registration will end when the group reaches capacity.
