Wednesday “Senior Issues Breakfast/Lecture series” at the Woburn Senior Center

The Woburn Senior Center offers the “Senior Issues Breakfast/Lecture series” every Wednesday morning.  Located at 144 School Street, the Woburn Senior Center is handicap accessible and transportation may be arranged for Woburn seniors by phoning 781-897-5964.  Every Wednesday, a breakfast buffet is served for $2 at 9:45am featuring scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, raisin toast, hash browns and beverages.  A presentation follows at 10:30am in the main dining hall. 

January 2nd – “What is Reiki?”

January 9th – “What questions should I ask my doctor during a visit?”

January 16th – “Nutrition Topics”

January 23rd – Tips & Techniques to Improve Oral Health”

No prior reservations are required for this drop in breakfast/presentation.  As a reminder during the winter months, when Woburn schools are closed for weather conditions, the Woburn Senior Center will also be closed.
