This year’s dinner was dedicated to longtime DPW Superintendent Tucker Quinn, who retired earlier this year after 30 years of service to the City of Woburn, including his unique, collaborative logistics work on behalf of the Mayor’s Senior Dinner dating back to its founding in 1978.
