Created to promote the Zen Life to cultivating a happy well-balanced way of living for everyone. Qi Gong for Immune Boost & Better Breathing: Practice how to use Chinese Medicine to manage your energy (chi) and health during times of crisis. Perfect for people of all ages. Join Cindy and learn long-deep wave breathing and easy body movements to change negative emotions to positive by being in the present moment with your breath. Qi Gong for Immune Boost is a self-healing practice designed to cultivate good chi and a strong immune system. Enjoy the benefits of having more energy, better breathing, and a calm mind and body. Daily Qi Gong can become your fun go to self-healing tool for better emotional energy balance. Come and turn stress into vitality energy boosting your immune system keeping you feeling good and healthy every day. (20 minutes)

 

Zumba Gold and Zumba Gold Toning: Zumba Gold classes are perfect for active older adults. “New for December” Zumba Gold Toning is a total body workout using Zumba Toning Sticks or 1 pound weights to shake up and tone those muscles. Hit the dance floor with Cindy and party to Latin and popular tunes in the safety of your own home. The focus is on strength training exercises which are essential to prevent a dramatic reduction in muscle mass, muscle strength, and sarcopenia. Join Cindy’s Zumba Toning fitness party and have a blast and tone up. Come get exhilarated and stronger.  (30 minutes)

 

Warm Up & Stretch : Join Cindy, at the beach this winter for Warm UP and Stretch Class. These exercises are great for everyone and can be done at any time of day. These gentle movements can be used as a warm-up before exercise class or stretch after you exercise. Learn how to use Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercises for warming up your mind-body connection and improving your regular workouts and daily life. It may be winter, but we can warm up and stretch while taking a mini tropical vacation. Join Cindy, for Fun in the Sun come Warm UP & Stretch on the hot, sandy beach. (20 minutes)

Gentle Morning Stretch with Judy! 

Judy has decided to spend some of her retirement time volunteering with us! For the months of December, January, and February, Judy will offer her popular Gentle Morning Stretch Class online. Start your morning off right! Judy’s class is designed for all ability levels and offers a safe and simple way to get moving and get some exercise. Most of Judys exercises are done with a chair, so please make sure you have a sturdy chair that sits directly on the floor ( no wheels).
