CITY OF WOBURN PLANNING BOARD

Notice is hereby given in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 40A Section 5 that the Woburn Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, Woburn City Hall, 10 Common St., Woburn, MA on a petition sponsored by Councilors Anderson, Mercer-Bruen, Higgins and Gately to amend the 1985 Woburn Zoning Ordinances by amending Section 18 (Development Impact Mitigation), by deleting Section 19 (Traffic), and by amending Sections 20.6 and 23.11 relative to mitigation. A copy of the petition is on file at the Office of the Planning Board at City Hall, 10 Common Street, Woburn, MA. Any persons interested may review said petition during normal City Hall business hours and appear at the hearing. If special services, assistance or accommodations are required to participate in this meeting please contact the Planning Board Office within sufficient time prior to the scheduled meeting time.

Chapter 40A Section 5 that the Woburn Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Woburn, Massachusetts, on a petition by Dorothy Geary, 1 Belmont Street, Woburn, MA to amend the Zoning Map of the City of Woburn by rezoning a portion of the lot shown as 69-06-17 and the entirety of the lot shown as 69-06-18 on the City of Woburn Assessors Map from the I-G to the R-2 zoning district. A copy of the petition is on file at the Office of the Planning Board, City Hall, Woburn, Massachusetts. Any persons interested may review said petition in the Planning Board office during normal City Hall business hours and appear at the hearing.
