Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 41, Sections 81-R, 81-T and 81-W, the Woburn Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. via remote participation on a request to modify the Baker Way Definitive Subdivision Plan previously approved by the Board on December 14, 2016 and modified on July 26, 2022. The applicant is David L. Baker, 4 Washington Avenue, Woburn, MA. If granted, the modification would amend the plan of record by waiving the requirement for a grass strip on one side of the roadway.
A copy of the modified plan and application are on file in the Planning Department, City Hall, 10 Common Street, Woburn, MA. All persons interested in attending the remote virtual meeting/Public Hearing may check the calendar on the City website for a link to the meeting or contact the Planning Department or City Clerk’s Office during normal City Hall business hours. If special services, assistance or accommodations are required to participate in this meeting, please contact the Planning Department within sufficient time prior to the scheduled meeting date.
